so i have heard all the fixes before of also make your land mob a water mob too yes u can do that but when u do that the mob loses its land navigation and movement speed which is not a fix just make the issue the opposite angle of no its water bond. if u don't make it a water mob it just sinks and become a crab pretty much stuck to the sea floor
the easy fix would be to create is entity pushed by fluid condition, cause the land mob doesn't need the water navigation it seems
and if u have found a work in 2023.1 version pls show pics of in game example and build example cause i've gone cazy that each written example of working claims are just so simple
it would also allow entity to swim in other fluids say u want an acid eel
