tick update is not work

I created a block that worked like a drill and worked fine until I made it on electricity. After that, he stopped working. I returned everything as it was before, but it still did not work anymore. Then I created a new block, which was like a test, this block was supposed to remove the block from above, BUT IT DID NOT WORK ALSO, and as I understand it, the problem is that the tick ubtate just stopped working in my MCreator. can somebody help me with that pls.
