How to make a custom renderer for placing 3D models on a chopping board?

Hi, I'm making a mod with MCreator 2023.2 that adds chopping boards to the game. I was wondering how to make a custom renderer to place 3D models of fruits and vegetables onto the top of the chopping board.

Think you can just use blockbench for that, no need for any "custom renderer"
