One of my block's model and texture will not show no matter what

Hello, I have a chopping board block with my minecraft mod and I made another chopping board model with a knife on it. I made a procedure so it replaces the block to the chopping board with the knife on it when it is clicked, but the model and texture for my chopping board with knife on it is missing. I double checked that the item and model are present, and they are. I tried re importing and exporting but that did not work.
