Unique Item Changes
- Almost all unique items have a new route for obtaining them, and require netherite.
- To obtain a unique item e.g. Firestarter, you must craft the unpowered varient and use a smithing table with its respective gem along with a netherite template to power it. This balances the overpowered weapons to the late game.
- All gems now spawn where its respective item previously were.
- In addition the 3 gems from the original biomes (Burnt, Frosty, Overgrown) have block varients (crafted with 4 gems) which are powerful alternative uses for the gems.
- Radient ruby block, deals damage when stepped on and makes for a very powerful fuel source.
- Subzero sapphire block, more slippery than blue ice, may seem minor but can be useful in some scenarios.
- Arid Emerald, increases movement speed while stepped on.
There may be more minor changes that aren't listed here
