Melodic MCreator Exclusive Beta 0.9.3
- Nearing completion, setting up initial mod pages, starting with MCreator. Will be arriving to CurseForge and Modrinth in due time before stable initial release.
- Willing to adjust mob spawning conditions to allow for more mobs to appear in the Melodic. Perhaps a numerical config setting to act as a multiplier/number to cut distance from other mobs to allow for more "aggressive" spawning.
- Looking for additional feedback for this beta.

- Added configurable spawn aggression system.
- Fixed 4th and beyond sculk strikes not adding Wanted to nearby players.
- Tweaked in-procedure spawn weights/likelihoods for all mobs to allow for the more important mobs on each floor to show up for progression... and to generally have mobs show up more often.
Melodic Halloween 2025 Patch 1.0.1
- Bednull/Nothing should now be damaged by explosions again; it is now vulnerable to potions.
- Added crafting recipes for Astronaut and Maroon Jukemold Brick Blocks, meaning you can earn their respective advancements.
- Some secret Clump skins were updated or added to the roster; some made by artists, some made by me! Here's one: right-click your tamed Clump with a Ghast Tear for a ghost...
- Three new paintings by Ghost_Candy: Forgotten, Trapped, and Memoir.
- Parver no longer spirals around when dying.
- You can only purchase an item from the Samling if you have room in your main inventory (no more unintentional rip-offs).
- Tips mod integration with 90 new tips while you're in loading screens.
- Decivious planks now fall under the plank item category, so you can use the wood for crafting tables and more!
- Several vanilla tags have been applied to the blocks, items, and entities; for example, Parvers share the trait of making Creepers drop discs, just like Skeletons.
- Added additional recipe for Beautiful Wheat that mimics the corner recipe for bread.
Melodic Post-Halloween 2025 Patch 1.0.2
- Added brewing potions/arrows for Nocto (Darkness), Seplo (Wither), and Lopho (Poison) Negation. These do not last nearly as long as their respective herb counterparts and do not offer saturation or Health Boost. Meant to serve as an alternative, perhaps more vanilla-friendly way to get these effects without having to spend extra resources or time in the Melodic.
- Added counterplay to Bednull/Nothing:
- In the Melodic, as long as it is not in the Tunnel layer, it will not be able to follow nearby players if the light level it is in is greater than 0.
- In any other dimension, it won't be able to follow nearby players if the light level it is in is greater than 0; this may change to greater than or equal to 11 depending on balancing.
- This does not affect its ability to break into a blind sprint; the player should still avoid being close to or observing the Bednull.
- Bednull can now only spawn in a light level of 0.
- Mobs from this mod now have +0.2 step height due to path blocks preventing Clumps from walking up a block.
- Added check to ensure you can still purchase a specific item from the Samling, even if you don't have a full stack of it.
- When purchasing Lies of Lumber from the Samling, you'll get 4 instead of 5 due to the change listed above this one.
- Fixed visual XP bar hiccup when swapping from the Melodic to the Overworld by adding and immediately removing 1XP upon arrival.
- Fixed Bednull being able to die via suffocation.
- Fixed the Decomposer's raid enemies spamming doors (maybe, lol; they're a wild bunch).
Melodic Post-Halloween 2025 Bednull Patch 1.0.3
- Fixed Bednull ignoring light levels (aka I'm very smart and I used, "check block light level," instead of, "check light level").
Melodic November 2025 Patch 1.0.4
- Added crafting recipes for all vanilla discs (excluding Disc 5, 11, and 13) utilizing honeycombs, dyes, soulless discs, and other crafting ingredients.
- Added loot table for Snatchers; now aside from food and materials, they have a slim chance to drop a metronome, which will help those that want to experience the Melodic.
- Added negative Snatcher action multiplier command (juken_melodicsnatchermultipler {value from 1 to 100}).
- By default this value is x2.0; this is for the people who want some more Snatcher in their life without manually adjusting the Snatcher score!
- Contextual actions for drawing the Snatcher to you include being in cave air, the Overworld being night, you aren't in a village, it is raining and/or thundering, etc.
- There are countermeasures including wearing a pumpkin, having golems and wolves around, and not being alone for too long! These were here since the beginning...
- By default this value is x2.0; this is for the people who want some more Snatcher in their life without manually adjusting the Snatcher score!
- Fixed (hopefully) duplicate boss spawns from cancelling each other out in the Workshop; shouldn't happen nearly as much now.
- Fixed visual/technical bug of XP levels misaligning when going to and from the Melodic (I pray because this has been a long-term inconsistency).
- Changed Scratch's directional audio music upon spawning from Disc 13 to Disc 11.
- Removed unused Melodic ban list tag... dunno, must've been some leftovers.
