Make a Loyalty-styled projectile

I made a projectile that shoots itself (using itself as the projectile, like the trident) and I want it to

1. Function like a trident, such as landing on the ground waiting to be collected. 

2. Have the abilities of the loyalty enchantment on it without actually placing the enchantment on it. 

How can I make these? Thanks.
