Brewing Recipe with Vanilla Potions

I have already gone through and attempted to implement the few answers on the forums of MCreator and Forge for the answer, so I think I am just going to stick with the basic MCreator format and edit the lingering potion part. I want it to work for every lingering potion of slowness. How would I go about doing this? (edited)
