[RESOLVED] Need help with Chisel Procedure

Dear reader,

I need some help with my chisel procedure.
I'm trying to make a chisel item that when I place a block on slot 0 it comes up with other blocks (like the Chisel mod does) But i'm not getting the procedure to do this right.
The chisel is an item and im trying to recreate the chisel menu.
