Attempted login and now says my ip is banned

As the title said I tried to log in and got an error about this host not allowed to log in contact site admin. While trying to fix this issue I guess I may have attempted to log in to many times because now when I go to the website it won't load the site up I get a message that my ip address is banned. Yet if I go to a different computer I can log into website fine. How can I get my original computer's ip address unbanned so I can log in?
