Player gets stuck in a block that has been broken by Entity.

Version 2023.3 (1.20.1 Forge)

Whenever my custom entity destroys the blocks, and I go on the destroyed block that has now turned into air, I get stuck as if the destroyed block was cobweb. Is there anyway I could stop this?
