by crossbreeding i mean mule-like spawn

it must be possible somehow. I'm basically trying to do what you were wanting. To make a "Zorse"
The most band aid beginner solution I've come up with for now is obtaining an item from one of the entities whether it's by shearing or a drop. Then right clicking the other entity with the others drop in your inventory and it spawns the new entity. It sucks cause that is obviously very far from basic cross breeding donkey and horse to make a mule
