- Mod Making - Magic & Mana - Armor Mana Increase

So im making a mod about magic and Mana where you will have elemental staffs and im trying to make it so that when i use mage armor / mage hat you get a increase on mana if u can help then pls do :( 

also i havent made mana yet but i will! i just need to make the staff
