Password entry block with its own interface

How to create a block where you can click RMB - to open the interface, where there will be 10 digits (0-9) and backspace to delete digits (Approximately how below).

And where you need to enter a 5-digit password (password - 3 0 6 2 4 ),

If the password is incorrect - it returns an error - "Invalid password", if the password was correct, from was the redstone signal output from this block?

Can anyone help with this procedure, just my knowledge here is clearly not enough, I do not know how this can be done.
