Jar to sharable zip?

I exported one of my mods as a jar file yesterday. But just this morning I accidentally deleted my workspace (don't ask how, it's a long story) and I would like to get the mod back. It isn't that important, but I would like to have it. So essentially what I'm asking is if it is possible to convert said jar file to a sharable zip or MCreator file that I can import into MCreator.
