How do I make charged axe attack and attack like a ground slam when I right click

I have issue with one of my tools because I trying to make axe with charged attack for example if I click it does only 6 damage but even more I charge it does more damage and also I don’t know how to make attack like a ground slam if I right click can anyone help me or get me link to any tutorial ?
