How to make timer on Mcreator 2021.1

I have a procedure that activates an ability by pressing the g key, and I want it to say “Ability activated” and start a timer, for example for 10 seconds, which will say “Ability ready!” at the end. But I also need to consider the fact that once the ability is activated, if someone wants to do it before the timer expires, it will say “Ability not ready yet!”
