I made a custom potion of darkness and the splash and lingering potions are created automatically but I can't seem to find a way to make it so that when you add redstone to it the darkness's duration in increased. Does anyone know how I can do that?

If you already have a custom element for the redstone increased potions you could set in a procedure the code for the potion but when used gives the amount you want. Or have where in the procedure give the redstone ones a certain NBT tag and when given the effect of your potion detect the NBT tag of it if possible and give a higher amount of length from the potion.

I would think this is possible though I have not tested it.
