Problems With Custom sounds...

so recently, i got a new pc, and had do transfer my workspace from my old pc to this one. i transported the workspace and everything worked, but the workspace did not import any of the old textures or sounds from the previous workspace- so i sent them and imported them seperatley. textures worked fine, but all of the new sounds i imported- are unhearable in game. the are the correct type of ogg file, they work in the media player, but not in game. they just dont make any sounds. i tried importing some new custom sounds i made- and they worked fine! but the old ones that worked previously just dont do anything in game! i would love some help as they worked fine previously, on the same version of mcreator! (im currently using the latest version!!!)
