Mod Translations(pl_pl)

If anyone needs a Polish translator for their mod, feel free to let me know.

My requirements:

• Discord or Planetminecraft - so we could discuss the stuff and share the files
• Link to your mod, so I could extract the lang file - I will send my version to discord
• Credit for th work would be nice - PapaEnny or EnnyTheDonkey
• If you don't have discord or planetminecraft, you can provide me crowdin,

I know German too, so perhaps I can make the second language too(2in1).
