Doubt it's possible in Mcreator. Try Patchouli
For a large-scale guidebook or something, I would recommend using Patchouli, although I'm not sure exactly how to use it, there is doccumentation for it.
However, if you just want a small-scale book with only a few pages, or multiple small books, you could create multiple different guis (one for each page) with lots of text in them, and buttons (or image buttons) that run procedures to open different gui 'pages' and possibly play a sound effect.
