Custom Java Loot Table Not Working

Hi ! I wanted to make a mod that add's custom lootboxes around the world that regenerate loot with time, but one of them needs to use items from another mod, specifically point blank, I know how to use loot tables since my other crates work but this one does not, I followed this tutorial to make a custom loot table. If somebody can help me it would be really kind to share your thoughts ! :)
