Overridable Model Textures

When you add a model in Mcreator you need to add a texture so it doesn't error, but on the block creation screen there is an option to change the texture of the block but if you have a custom model that only changes the particles even though there is a specific box for that. I think whatever texture chosen for the block should override the model texture instead.

You already need to jump though many hoops to get a custom block to change if someone has a texture pack on and not having to edit the code and lock the block making future changes annoying would be great. (you would still have to set the uv mapping correctly regardless if this changes or not) but it would half the time and effort to make one block.

Mcreator, please consider this :)
