The features in dimensions isnt working

The minecraft 2026.1 neoforge 1.21.8 features inside the dimensions and biomes isnt working. It wont generate a spacific block inside the dimensions.

I tried block tags but it always crashes the game apon loading to new world.

I tried the method where blocks below -1 is solid but it wont generate.

I tried to put in the biome conditions met but it still doing the same thing every time i load.

Is there a proper way to fix this.
