Do you mean, you tried making an item texture with MCreators built in texture maker? When mcreator crashes do you get an error log?
Tip: Make sure the file format is .png and is 32x32,64x64 etc.
@#1 When I create a texture it doesnt appear on the texture selector and if I try to import a custom texture it crashes without a log.
@#1.1 Im sorry, I am no help here. I dont know of any reasons this should happen. The admin would request a picture of video of the error, if you can obtain a video of the crash in action that could help the admin figure this out so he can fix the issue.
