Armor is hard to edit

In MCreator i think there should be a way to edit your armor with out going through a load of folders and then having a hard time editing it and making it perfect im making a mod and its anoying trying to add a cool armor texture for some specail armor. So you can edit texures of blocks and items with a cool editor so instead i think you should have a skin editor or something like that for the armor that way loads of cooler mods can be out there shining mods and cooler stuff out there so i hope you guys working at Pylo and MCreator can add this cool feature.
