Issue description

I made an ore, selected "Doesn't drop itself" and put the gem I wanted the ore to drop. I tried it, and the block doesn't drop ANYTHING. And I don't mean it dropped itself, I mean it dropped NOTHING. I tried unselecting "Doesn't drop itself" and it STILL doesn't drop anything. Workspace attached, Version: 1.8.2.

Your block has harvest level 4, which means that no existing tool in Minecraft can break it. Check this page for more info on harvest levels: https://mcreator.net/wiki/harvest-level
