Trident Like Weapon (Melee and Ranged)

Hello! I want to ask,if we can make a Trident Like weapon. Like the one from 1.13(i make a Backport Mod that Backports ALL things with original sounds)

When its not possible,please add this <3

And how to make Seagrass?

and when i select (if block is oak log place {0})

and then if block is birch log place {1} its sets the Oak Block but not the Birch :(

just change the amount of durability it has it will automatically use some durability unless the durability is set to 0 which it will have infinite durability
