Server in Minecraft

Hi dude , I am thinking of making a server but I dont know too much about minecraft coding.I want some helpers or teachers that have experience about making a server.I found a server making thingy called server pro,I hope that the helper is minecraft pe so that we can make a server together.I cant pay a lot to host a server , maybe someone will help?Also,I am a children and now I am studying (of course),so i dont have time for manage a lot for the server.
