custom ores in custom dimensions not working

Hi there, I have been working on my mod (elementium) and i hve come across a problem, a custom ore I have does not spawn in my custo dimension but the ore is set to spawn in that dimension and is also set to replace the correct material, yet it still doesnt spawn, I even used the scenter mod and configured it but it cant find any of the custom ores in the custom dimension, please help me if it is something im doing wrong
