How do you make a thing like a store on a gui?

How do you make a store as a gui and prodecure.  I just want it to say like if you have like 20 or more emeralds it would give you something if you press a button on a gui? You used to be able to do that on the old thing when you didn't have to drag and drop things. THANKS!
