Can't make an element in the newest Snapshot.

For some reason when I try to make a mod element it gives an error.
These seem to be the not working parts:
public class MarbleBlock extends DeeperandDarkerElements.ModElement {

public MarbleBlock(DeeperandDarkerElements instance) {
                               ^
