Im making a armor but when I click "Armor layer texture" nothing shows in the list so i cant continue without selecting that, however i imported armor textures (the 2 layers). I even tried recreating, restarting MCreator and deleting and reimporting the texture.

Just rename your textures layer_1 and layer_2 and it should work
