I can't create a new account

I was trying to create a new account in another email, my nick is ghost_noob, I received the email to activate the account and I already clicked but it opened and appeared to change the password, and when I tried to change it appeared that the account is blocked or has not been activated.

I can't log in to that account so I couldn't access support for it so I used this old account, this problem is already old because I waited expecting it to be fixed but today after months it is still the same, I would like to really activate that account already I'm already developing some mods but I'm not logged in and I don't want to use this account.
