I think this was asked before, and the answer is, currently not.
Well can we add it in because there’s a lot of dead mods out there that some people want to pick up and the owner agrees to it, but they stay dead because of this. Maybe you can set up a request thing where a person can request ownership of a mod if it hasn’t been edited in like 6 months? You can also establish a small database of just a list of who owns what mod in the workspace. If that’s not possible due to firewall issues, if a person submits a mod maybe they have to put a certain link from the application to agree to being part of the database
