hello my problem is that when you right click the lightning has a cooldown before being launched.
what I want is that the first ray has no cooldown before being launched.

I'm not an expert, but have you checked your NBT tags? I mean, you reference them as the counter itself to my understanding.
I'm not good with the procedures, I don't really understand what I did, I just know that it worked but not completely.
