Help with making new workspace

Hi. Lastly as i got today as usually back on my PC (Windows) to make or update my mod ive got information about availability of the newest version of MCreator. Ive downloaded it and done step by step instructions. As i finished i cant now get into my available workspaces and create new ones. Also the text places are a bit broken i think since they have now a string message with loads of kinds of addons putten into it. I honesty dont know what i could do bad that i cant go into any workspaces and create new ones. Please help! Thanks.
