Keybind not working

My keybind seems not to be working. When I press the key, the procedure I assigned to it does not trigger ingame. I have a block at the end that sends a chat message if the procedure is run, and this message is never displayed, which I can only guess means that the procedure is legitimately not running. I don't know why this would be.

I couldn't find any duplicates of this like I expected; let me know if there are indeed other topics that answer this.
