How to make a mob goes to it's spawpoint

I want a ob that'll go to it's spawn point after the sun has go down.

In the morning,The mob will go to the closes beach and swim around until it find a fish,then it'll attack and at dusk it'll go back to it's spawn point.

I know it'll require coding if someone could tell me something,It'll be very good
