Need help with a limit lines

Hi!

I'm making a mod like the prefab mod and I need help. I would like that when you place the prefabricated block, some lines are shown to mark the area it will occupy, because I have tried to do it with passable blocks but they destroy what is in place and this could destroy something unintentionally. And would also need help to rotate the structure and lines based on the direction of the block
