Colored blocks on maps arent working

i cant make the colors of my blocks show up on the map, ive used the drop down for it, i clicked the block to mimic the map color, and it STILL doesnt work, does anyone know why? why isnt it working for me, i have 2021.1, maybe this version is glitched or something? plus no one has complained about it before, why is it just me??
