Where to locate certain procedure blocks?

When using mcreator I am often faced with the need for an "and" block or an "or" block to use in my if/do blocks within my procedures. However, I have to use the armor achievement procedure template and pull it from there to actually obtain it since I can't seem to find that block in the actual menu. Since then, I've stumbled across multiple of these very useful "special blocks" such as a "not" block when observing other people's workspaces which I can't get from any menu tabs I look in. There are workarounds to some of these, like using an "[ ] = false" block rather than a "not" block, but the "or" block is irreplacable.

How do I get blocks such as the "and", "[ ] and [ ]", and "not" blocks without using, dismantling, and deleting procedure templates?

Hmm, well the not one was there, which should have been obvious to me, but the AND/OR still isn't exactly what I'm looking for. Pull up the Armor Advancement Procedure Template and you'll see what I mean. It has one input, two outputs, not one in one out.

You know what? Just figured it out. You gotta right click the blocks you mentioned and click external inputs.
