Help making a custom enchantment like power

So, I was working in my mod, and I wanted to add an enchantment like power to my laser gun, but when I tried to enter my procedure in the "When bullet hits living entity" part, it says missing dependencies. Here's a picture of my procedure. (It's called laserefficiency as a placeholder name, ok?)
