The custom crafting recipe I created for a custom block doesn't work!

Hi, for some reason my custom bookshelf that I added can't be crafted, and when i try it just crafts the regular bookshelf! I'm not sure why this is, in the crafting recipe section, I made sure it has birch wood and books to be made... however nothing happens. 

Why is this? was something done wrong on my part? below are some screenshots
