How to execute Command Block once with a Player Tick Rate Global Trigger?

I rework on a old Mod completely and it uses an custom gamerule to toggle it.

I use a Player Tick Rate that checks if the gamerule is true and execute a command. But I want to execute the command once inside of the Player Tick Rate Trigger.

How I do that?
