Entity Iterator not including Players

im trying to make a block like the mob fan from mob grinding utils but the procedure as seen below works on pretty much everything except players

the procedure is linked to the block update trigger and the block tick speed is at 30

my only guess is that the entity iterator block isnt including the player but im not sure
