Can you send screenshots (or imgur library) of each page of your dimension element?

Well having the screenshots would make it a lot quicker to diagnose, as I can only make inferences from the information you have provided. One cause of this issue would be that the biome you have set for the dimension has a base height which correlates to a height that is below sea level. Again, I can't provide accurate help without the screenshots, so if fixing the above cause doesn't help, please provide the screenshots.

All of those images are broken - you have to right click the image you want to share and select "copy image address", then go to the "Image" button and paste what you had copied into the URL field.
