if thats not it just squint to see the tiny arrows on your far left of the screen there are two of them they open and close a bar that has all the files and folders in it.. You can get the option to open them in your file explorer by right clicking on them.. CAUTION DO NOT RENAME ANY FILES HERE IT WILL SHOW ERROR MESSEGES

DISK:\MCreator\Workspace\YOURWORKSPACENAME\.mcreator\modElementThumbnails
In my case:
D:\Programs\MCreator\Workspace\testtt\.mcreator\modElementThumbnailsAll textures are saved here, includying your procedures' textures, , crafts (recipe)...
