I watched a video on custom advancements and in it they created a custom trigger but when I clicked on the +(add element) it only shows 7 options and procedure is not one of them so how do I create a procedure
Make sure you are creating a mod and not a datapack. Datapacks have limited coverage in comparison to full-on mods, and only show a few options.
Oh ok,
But i use a paper server so is there a way I can use procedures and advancements without forge or fabric
Only with actual CODE, not PROCEDURES
