How do I make some kind of learning spell tree?

Hey everyone,
 

I'm want to make a medieval magic based mod, and I thought about making it kinda like Skyrim. Does anyone maybe know how I can make books, that if I right-click them and open my Spell tree, that it shows the spell which the book was about and can use it?
